I bought the kit but it's locked on my phone.: Open your personal access link (shown right after purchase) on that device — it unlocks instantly. Lost the link? Email us your Stripe receipt and we'll send a new one.
Do I need an account or password?: No. Your purchase lives in a cookie plus your personal access link. That's it.
How fresh are the rankings?: The board and cheat sheet rebuild from real drafts continuously (data refreshes hourly), and player outlooks are regenerated weekly through draft season.
What formats are covered?: PPR, Half PPR, Standard, and 2QB/Superflex — 12-team baselines.
Refunds?: Email your receipt within 7 days of purchase. Fair-use rule: completing a live draft with the kit counts as accepting the purchase, so refunds aren't available after your draft (genuine technical problems excepted — those we fix or refund).
