The short version

We collect almost nothing. No accounts, no tracking pixels, no selling data.

What we do process

• Payments:handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers. Stripe shares your email with us on your receipt so we can help with support and refunds. See Stripe's privacy policy for their handling.
• Draft Kit access: after purchase we set one cookie on your device containing a signed access token. It identifies your purchase, not you. It expires at the end of the season.
• Draft-day data: players you mark as drafted or on your team are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to us.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard request logs for security and debugging.

What we don't do

No ad trackers, no data brokers, no selling or sharing your information for marketing.

Your choices

Clear your cookies/localStorage to remove everything stored on your device (your purchase link restores kit access). For anything else — including deletion of support emails — hello@the-avid.com.
